Operated by Oakkart (“CloutROI”). This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. A Digital Services Platform
CloutROI is a marketplace for digital creative services between Brands and Creators. No physical goods are sold or shipped. There are no couriers, tracking numbers, or delivery charges. Everything contracted through CloutROI is delivered electronically through the Platform.
2. How Deliverables Are Delivered
When a Creator completes the agreed work for a Deal, the deliverables (content, campaign work, and related files) are submitted and delivered through the Platform — uploaded to the Deal and made available to the Brand for review and approval. The Brand is notified in-app and by email when a delivery is ready.
3. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are set per Deal by the Creator’s Package terms and the per-Deal contract agreed between the Brand and the Creator — including turnaround time and any revision rounds. Because each engagement is bespoke, there is no single platform-wide shipping time; the agreed timeline for your Deal is shown on the Deal before it is accepted.
4. Accessing Your Deliverables
Delivered content remains accessible to the Brand within the Deal on the Platform, subject to the usage rights granted for that Deal (see our Intellectual Property Terms). Ownership and licence rights pass only once the Deal payment is released to the Creator.
