Is it free to join CloutROI?
Yes. Creating an account, publishing creator packages, browsing creators and posting campaigns are all free. Fees apply only when a deal is actually funded and completed.
When am I charged?
Brands pay when they fund a deal’s escrow — the exact total (deal value + 5% platform fee + GST on fees) is shown before payment. Creators never pay anything up front; the 12% fee is deducted from the deal amount when they are paid out.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no subscriptions, listing fees, or charges to browse and message. Payment-gateway charges are absorbed by CloutROI, not added to your total. What you see on the deal screen is exactly what moves.
How is GST handled?
GST (18%) applies to CloutROI’s platform fees only — never to the creator’s deal value itself. It appears as its own line item in the total shown before a brand funds escrow.
What is the 1% TDS on creator payouts?
TDS is a statutory Indian tax withheld at source on marketplace payouts — it is not a CloutROI fee. It is deposited with the government against the creator’s account and counts toward their income tax.
What does escrow protection cost?
Nothing extra — escrow is how every CloutROI deal works. The brand’s money is held safely from funding until they approve the work, and the platform fees above are the only charges.
